A long way fight for my health

     I was checked out by doctor that I’m a “Hot and humid” body, that means that are unexpressed heat inside of my body.

 

     Much suffered of my hot and humid body, there are so many acnes appealed on my face, and the situation getting worse day by day, painful and looks so ugly. I feel dry mouth all the time, even I keep drinking water. I get difficult to let all the garbage out from my body; I even find blood in my stool. So much painful, I don’t know what to do.

 

     Duo to my face acne, I eat very carefully, most of my dishes are just vegetable, the situation didn’t better even I did this.

 

     I went to see the doctor, doctor said that I am a typical “Hot and humid” body, the hot blood brings all my problems. There are too many remained heat couldn’t find its way out, so they pealed though my face polls. Doctor prescript some Chinese medicine for me which cool down my hot bloody.

 

     Since then, I follow the doctor’s prescription everyday; take the Chinese medicine every morning and evening. The situation looks a little bit better than before, maybe it’s just some reaction on my mind, it can’t be react so fast. After all, Rome wasn’t built in one day.

 

     Something has to change by me; I decided to change myself from now on. Step No. I searching from internet to get the basic education of this case, what should I do?  Step No.2 takes action.

 

     Excises could help a lot in my case, I start to move, Instead of take the elevators, I walk up and down every steps in the metro station and office building. Say goodbye to the elevator that’s what I did. It’s not so easy at the beginning, especially I have to climb 14 floors to my office, I couldn’t catch my breath while I reached 6 floor, but I didn’t give it up, I keep going till I made it finally. So sweaty after the high building climb, I feel great, I believe that there are some poison even bad garbage things runs out along with my sweaty. It’s good for my health, so I did it every day. The other important thing is I start to turn Hula hoop before I go to bed. It’s also tough for me to turn that hoop around along with my waist. failed again and again, I found bruising on my legs, but I keep going, I finally learned how to handle the hoop by my waist, after I learned it well, I feel it’s not so difficult to do it. I set a daily reachable goal for me, 1500 rounds averagely. I made it, I’m so proud of myself.

 

     My meal had some changes also. No beef, chicken, mutton and etc. which will bring some heat in my body. I chose to eat more vegetables. My drinking also changed, I drink Kuding Tea to replace black tea. The taste I have to say it’s very bad. Not easy to take it but I have to.

 

     All those changes brings me benefits, I could see and feel it. I could see my smaller waist; I could see there is less acne on my face, Slowly I get my healthy back, I promise I’m going to re-think about it before I eat anything, It’s painful memo in my mind, I would chose to never face this kind of situation any more. I have to fell regret about my bad habits before, always overeating on my dinner table, love too much steak and sea food. All this kind of food very delicious but they aren’t fit me. It that’s really appealing for me, just taste a little bit of it. That’s absolutely enough for me.

 

Health? What’s health? Health is one thing you feel you need it so much only once you loose it.

 

I wish my story could bring you a benefit in a way, please start to do excise once you find any extra fatty on your stomach. Please do not over eat or over drink in any case, that’s just destroy your healthy slowly. You will feel the pain early or later.
