How to lose weight?

I found myself gained around 10kg in the past few month, and I trend to eat more and more by dinner.

 

They say that your stomach could be slowly stretched bigger and bigger. That’s absolutely right. More over, normally our brain gets the short message of “I’m full” from our body about half an hour later. That means for sure we eat too much, these” too much” are not exactly what our body really needs.

 

That’s what happened to me. I eat too fast, I eat too much. All those “over food” transfer and accumulated into fat. I am a person who easy to overeat. I couldn’t help to stop eating once I see the delicious dishes on the table. I have to slowly change this. That’s not good for health.

 

I knew an India guy, over 50 years old, he is in a very good health situation, full of energy, always smile and take things easy. He is a Yoga coach, he practiced Yoga every morning. He told me that he only needs 4 hours sleeping time to keep his energy. It’s amazing. The other strange thing is that he eat very regularly, for example, there nights only take fruits for dinner, one normal dinner then another three nights only fruits for dinner… then repeat and repeat. He could manage his weight quite easy. He starts to take more fruits dinner after some business dinner outside. It’ so amazing thing happened to him.

 

After I think about myself, of course it’s really time to slow down my eating, because enjoy the taste is the most important thing. Not the quantity.  Actually your body doesn’t need so much food you eat everyday.  

 

I tell myself once again and again.
